Sharpmark’s new website was launched in March. Since the launch, Sharpmark have been working hard to find out what you, the customer thinks of the new site. As a result of customer feedback, there have been a number of improvements made to the new website including an improved product menu.
Something Sharpmark have been keen to integrate with their new site is a package tracking facility. Customers have always been provided with the ability to track their goods, but now customers will be able to track their package from Sharpmark’s homepage. The tracking facility will provide customers with details of where their package is in the delivery process and POD information if the package has been delivered successfully.
